The rules that govern your use of the AskRDukan platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, browsing or placing an order on AskRDukan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of India. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the platform. We may revise these terms from time to time; continued usage after such changes indicates your acceptance.
2. Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering. You are solely responsible for activities under your account and for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 18 years old or supervised by a guardian to transact on the platform.
3. Orders, Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways; we do not store your card details.
4. Vendor Listings and Investment Packages
Products are sold by independent sellers on-boarded to our marketplace. While we verify vendor KYC, AskRDukan is not the manufacturer of listed items. Investment packages offered on the platform carry defined payout schedules outlined at purchase; actual returns depend on continued eligibility and program terms.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the platform by attempting unauthorised access, submitting false KYC, engaging in bulk scraping, creating fake reviews, or using the platform for any unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Liability and Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskRDukan shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
