Returns & Refunds
Simple, transparent return windows and refund timelines.
1. Return Window
Most products on AskRDukan are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. The applicable return window is shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Certain categories — such as groceries, personal care, innerwear, and custom-printed items — are non-returnable once opened, due to hygiene and quality reasons.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by all accessories, manuals and invoices received. Products that show signs of use, damage, missing tags or tampering may be rejected by our quality team after inspection.
3. How to Raise a Return Request
- Go to My Orders in your account and select the order.
- Click Return / Replace and choose a reason.
- Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 2-3 working days.
- Once the item reaches our warehouse, a quality check is performed.
4. Refund Timelines
After the returned item passes inspection, refunds are initiated within 2 working days. The amount is credited back to the original payment method — prepaid orders reflect in 4-7 banking days, while COD orders are refunded to your AskRDukan wallet or bank account (if KYC is complete) within the same window.
5. Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please raise a return within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos/video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer, with priority handling.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping fees, COD handling charges and any promotional discount already applied on the order are not refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit). For further help, contact support@askrdukan.com.
