How does the weekly commission work?
Once your investment is approved, you receive a fixed percentage of your invested amount every week as real cash in your Cashback Wallet. You can withdraw this to your bank account or UPI anytime once it crosses the minimum withdrawal threshold (typically ₹500).
What are Package Coins and when can I use them?
Package Coins are shopping credits worth 1 coin = ₹1. When your investment is approved, you receive coins equal to your invested amount — but they're locked for the full maturity period. Once the term ends, all coins unlock and can be spent on AskRDukan shopping.
How do I pay for a package?
After selecting a package, you'll see our bank account and UPI details. Transfer the amount directly, then upload a payment proof (screenshot/receipt) along with your UTR reference. Our admin verifies and activates within 24-48 hours.
Can I withdraw my weekly commission immediately?
Yes. Once commissions accumulate in your Cashback Wallet and cross the minimum withdrawal threshold, you can request a payout to your bank account or UPI. Admin processes all withdrawals within 24-48 hours.
Can Package Coins be withdrawn to cash?
No. Package Coins are strictly shopping-only credits on AskRDukan. Think of them as a gift card for our store. Cash payouts come only from the weekly commissions (real money).
What if my package is rejected?
If admin cannot verify your payment, you'll see a rejection reason in My Investments. No charges are applied — you just need to re-submit with correct proof or contact support. Your money is never deducted until the investment is successfully activated.
