1. Delivery Coverage
AskRDukan ships to most pincodes across India through our logistics partners. You can check serviceability on any product page by entering your 6-digit pincode. Metro cities and tier-1 towns typically receive orders within 2-4 working days, while tier-2/3 locations may take 4-7 working days.
2. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free for orders above the threshold displayed at checkout. Smaller orders may incur a flat shipping fee based on weight and delivery distance. Heavy or bulky items (appliances, furniture) may carry additional handling charges, which will always be disclosed before payment.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. During sale events, peak festive periods or in case of COD verification, processing may take up to 48 hours. You will receive an SMS and email notification with a tracking link once your package leaves the warehouse.
4. Tracking Your Order
You can track every shipment in real time from the My Orders section of your account. Our tracking page shows live status updates fetched from Delhivery and other courier partners, so you always know where your package is.
5. Failed Deliveries
If our courier partner is unable to deliver after 3 attempts — typically due to incorrect address, unreachable phone or consignee unavailable — the order will be returned to our warehouse and refunded as per the refund policy. Please ensure you provide a correct address and a reachable mobile number at checkout.
